Dappy: not familiar with chromosomal conditions

The cerebrally-challenged rapper has proved that once again he’s not the sharpest tool in the N-Dubz toolbox, or indeed any toolbox, and really can’t be trusted with Twitter.
He took offence to a Tweet from MC Scorcher (I have no idea either), and responded with this little gem:
'Ur a d****** in your HOOD you've never BEEN KNOWN.' And then: 'I'll get your Face F***** DOWN SYNDROME.'
Proving that he’s a) really very rude and b) doesn’t really understand that that Down’s Syndrome is a chromosomal condition, which can’t actually be caught or given to people.
What. A. Cretin.
